I'm not exactly sure what the term "breaking and entering" entails, but I think it's safe to say that we committed some kind of felony today. Well, no, not true. We didn't actually "break" anything to make our entry, unless you count every bone in my body. Here's Wikipedia's definition:

"Breaking and entering is a crime the essence of which is entry into a building for the purposes of committing an offence. Usually that offence will be theft..."
